ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT offers full control over all the subscribed products you receive from IN-PUBLISH. At this support website you can order, change, cancel or initiate payment for all products published by IN-PUBLISH. At any time you can review your subscription status, alter and change e-mail addresses, street or postal addresses - or get in contact with any department or service at IN-PUBLISH.
Subscription-No/ID and PASSWORD
There are two things you need to manage your customer account at IN-PUBLISH: your Subscription Number and your login password. With these two you can log into your account in seconds 24/7 - or login automatically from any mail distribution you have received from IN-PUBLISH.
Understanding No. & ID
A company or private subscriber, should only have one Subscription Number (SubNO). This number identifies your Main Account. Each Main Account indentified with your SubNO can hold an unlimited numbers of publications, each identified with a Subscription ID - SubID. Along with every published product, the corresponding Subscription ID is clearly shown, either inkjet-printed at postal sendings - or shown at the bottom of IN-PUBLISH eNews, WebDesk Direct or the e-mail carrying your IP PDF-Version.
